FAQs

I've made a mistake with my order - what can I do?

You have 3 hours from ordering your item to amend or cancel. Orders begin production after this time so we cannot guarantee that your order can be altered. Please double check that all details on personalised items, including spelling, dates, grammar and punctuation, are correct. We are not responsible for any mistakes regarding personalisation and your order will be made to your request. If an obvious mistake is spotted, we may contact you in regards to confirm personalisation.

When will my order be delivered and how much does it cost?

Our processing time is 1-5 days. We send all parcels with Standard 2nd ClassRoyal Mail unless you choose to upgrade to express. This will then be delivered within a further 3 days. Please note that orders under £20 will not be sent with a tracking number. Contact me if you have any problems regarding a lost parcel and I can follow up with Royal Mail.

You can upgrade to express, in which your item will be process and dispatched next day if ordered before 1pm and sent with 1st Class Royal Mail.

Standard delivery is free on all orders, with no minimum spend. Upgrade to express delivery for £2.95

Can I return my order?

Yes, if your item isn't personalised (unless damaged). We have a 14-day return policy on non-personalised items, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please refer to our Returns Policy for details.

My order has arrived but its incorrect/damaged - what can I do?

All of our orders are made & packed with great care, but in the event that an order has not arrived as it should, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please note - If your personalised item has arrived with the incorrect spelling, dates, grammar or punctuation but is as typed when the order was placed, we will not issue a refund or exchange. It is your responsibly to ensure personalisation is correct.
